SUMMARY
Apartment 05 is located on the first floor of the building. It can accommodate up to 5 guests and features two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Apartment 5 is characterized by its spacious and bright living room, as well as the tranquility and absence of noise in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped.
THE SPACE
The apartment, which has access from the first floor, is distributed over two floors. Access is through the first floor, where a large living room, a dining room, the kitchen, and a guest toilet are located. On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom inside. On this same floor, there is a private patio exclusive to this apartment, with a table and chairs to enjoy breakfast. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed measuring 150×200 cm and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds measuring 90×200 cm and also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. In this second bedroom, we can install an additional single bed of the same dimensions and comfort.
The living room features a 49-inch television connected to the internet, as it is a smart TV. There is an Ethernet connection available for those who require a more stable connection during their stay. Next to the TV, we provide universal chargers and a small tablet with information about the city.
The interior of the apartments features high-quality finishes and materials. The floors in the living rooms and bedrooms are made of wooden parquet to provide warmth during winter and a cool sensation during summer. The bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers, glass enclosures, and electric towel warmers. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils to prepare almost anything you desire. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and an extractor hood for smoke ventilation.
