We have an impressive terrace with a solarium and a small pool, perfect for relaxing while enjoying panoramic views of the majestic Cathedral and the iconic Giralda. These spaces are common areas but exclusively reserved for guests of the building. The best part is that our pool and solarium terrace are open all year round, so you can enjoy them regardless of the season. And to put your mind at ease, from April 1st to November 2nd, we provide pool towels as part of the apartment’s amenities.

High-quality interior
All apartments have at least 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The floors in the living rooms and bedrooms are made of wooden parquet to provide warmth during winter and a cool sensation during summer. The bathrooms are equipped with spacious showers, glass enclosures, and electric towel warmers. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils to prepare almost anything you desire. It includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and an extractor hood for smoke ventilation. The television is a 49″ Smart TV. There is WiFi and Ethernet connection available for those who need a more stable connection during their stay.
How to get there
From the airport:
There are two ways to get to the apartment.
The first one is by bus. If you choose this option (the most economical but time-consuming), you need to take the Airport Bus to Santa Justa train station (from there, you should follow the directions we provide from Santa Justa). There is only one bus from the airport called EA, and its stop is located outside the arrivals area. The frequency is every 23 minutes, and it operates from 4:30 AM to midnight. The price is 4.00€ per person per trip, and the duration of the journey is approximately 15-20 minutes to Santa Justa. You can purchase the ticket on the bus itself.
The second way is by taxi to get from the airport to the apartment. There is a set fare for journeys from the airport to any point in the city of Seville. From Monday to Friday, the fare is 22.00€, while on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it is 24.50€. They may charge additional fees for luggage, although it is not customary.
From Santa Justa train station:
If you’re traveling light, you can easily walk to the apartment from Santa Justa train station. It’s about a 15-minute walk. Otherwise, you should look for the bus stop number 32, which is about 100 meters in the opposite direction of the station. You need to take bus number 32 towards the city center (Plaza del Duque). The rate is €1.40 per person. You can buy the ticket from the bus driver. You should get off at the stop located at Ponce de León Square and walk about 3 minutes along Santiago Street until you reach Lanza Street.
